This article will guide you on how to set up Company Hours for the Auto-Receptionist through your RingCentral mobile app. 

NOTE: You should have Administrator access to perform the steps below:

(Regional Settings)

 

Company Hours

Step 1:

Launch your RingCentral mobile app.

Tap your Profile Picture.

Step 3:

Tap Phone System.

Step 4:

Tap Auto-Receptionist.

Step 5:

Tap Company Hours.

User-added image

Step 6:

You have the option to either set it to the following settings:
 

24 Hours 

Select 24 hours if you want incoming calls handled the same way all the time, every day.

Specify Hours

Select Specify hours if you want incoming calls handled differently when your business is open and when it's closed. Tap Save when completed.

Time Zone (Regional Settings)

Step 1:

Launch your RingCentral mobile app.

Tap your Profile Picture.

Tap Phone System.

Step 4:

Tap Auto-Receptionist.

Step 5: 

Tap Regional Settings

Step 6: 

In the Regional Settings screen, you can edit your Time Zone, Time Format, and Home Country Code. Tap Save after modifying the settings.
