MORE OPTIONS:

• When you place the call on hold, all parties in the conference will be placed on hold.

• Press the Split soft key to split the conference into two separate calls on hold.

• You may restart the conference at any time between an active call and a call on hold by pressing the Join soft key.

• When you end the call, the conference continues with the other parties as participants.

Using the Join soft key

You can use the Join soft key to conference calls when you have an active call and the other call on hold (on the same or another Line Key).

When you have one call on hold (on the same line or another line):

1. Press the down arrow key to go to the call on hold.

2. Press the Join key.

NOTE:  Do not press the conference key as it will not conference the calls together, it will instead request a number to call out to so you can then join them together.

When you have more than one call on hold:

1. Use the up and down arrow keys to switch to the desired call on hold.

2. Press the Join key.

NOTE:  Do not press the conference key as it will not conference the calls together, it will instead request a number to call out to so you can then join them together.
