Templates is a feature that allows account administrators to gather common User configurations and create a User Profile that can be applied to multiple users via the online account. Templates is used to apply the same settings to multiple users without having to input the same settings for every user.
 

2. What features can be set up using Templates?

 
Administrators can configure the Template Info, Emergency Address, User Hours, Connecting Message, Audio While Connecting, Hold Music, Messages, Outbound Caller ID, International Calling Permission, Notifications, Bandwidth Settings, and Receive communications from RingCentral.
