You can attach files from a cloud-based storage like Dropbox and/or Box to your RingCentral Mobile app Internet Fax. You can integrate your Box and/or Dropbox account using your RingCentral Mobile App.
NOTE: It is advisable to install the cloud-based storage app where your files are stored on your phone. If this is your first time to attach a file from Box or Dropbox, you will be asked to authorize RingCentral Mobile to access your cloud storage.

Tap the Messages icon.
Step 3:
Tap the Plus sign to create a new message.
Step 4:
Tap
New Fax.

Step 5:
Tap the Attach icon.
Step 6:
Tap either Dropbox or Box.
Linking Dropbox with RingCentral Mobile App
Step 1:
You will be asked to sign in if you are not signed in with Dropbox yet.
Sign in to your Dropbox account.

Step 2:
Once you are signed in to Dropbox, the RingCentral Mobile app will ask for your permission to allow access to the files and folders in your Dropbox.
Tap
Allow.

Linking Box account with RingCentral Mobile App
Step 1:
Sign in to your Box account.

Step 2:
Once you are signed in to Box, the RingCentral Mobile app will ask for your permission to grant access to the files and folders in your Box storage.
Tap
Grant access to Box.
