How to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for my device?

2. If you continue to encounter issues and think that your device might need a replacement, prepare the device's Serial Number or MAC address. The Serial Number or MAC address sticker is located on the lower back portion of the phone which is an alphanumeric string. Below are samples of Serial Numbers/ Mac Addresses on devices:

Cisco Phones have different Serial Number and Mac Address.
