allows you to establish calls between supported RingCentral desk phones and desktop apps with high-quality voice audio. Follow these steps to activate HD Voice on your online account.
Under Phone System
, click Phones & Devices
Under User Phones, select the phone you would like to modify.
Under Bandwidth Usage, you will see Data Usage.
Set Data Usage to High, then check Use if possible under HD Voice.
Click Save, located at the bottom right of the screen.
