If you operate or have employees based in California, the California Court of Appeals recently ruled
that you must reimburse employees for business use of their personal smartphones.
With the RingCentral Mobile app and RingCentral Reports feature, employers will be able to track their employees' business calls, allowing them to better decide their reimbursement policy.
