Digital Lines are the number of active user phones that you can assign to your RingCentral Phone System. If you attempt to remove a line from your online account, you may receive an alert informing you to contact RingCentral. If this is the case, please contact customer support
to complete your action.
The steps below will guide you on how to delete or remove a number assigned to the Auto-Receptionist.
On the Admin Portal page, select Phone System
and then, click Phone Numbers
, select and click on the number that you want to delete.
Alternatively, you can hover on the number that you want to delete and click the Delete
To remove a number assigned to a device you have to contact RingCentral Support.
You have now removed a digital line.
