Service Status Indicator
The RingCentral Service Status Indicator is typically Green on the Customer Support Center page. It may change color if there is an issue alert. The RingCentral Service Status has the following alert levels:
Green indicates that no issues are being reported on the server where your account is located.
Yellow indicates that RingCentral is currently investigating a potential issue.
Red indicates that issues are being reported on the server where your account is located.

You may access the RingCentral Service Status page to have a general idea of server issues your account may have.
Go to https://success.ringcentral.com.
NOTE: You can also go to https://servicestatus.ringcentral.com.
Click Service Status site.
Enter your RingCentral Phone Number, Extension and Password and then click Log in.
