Administrators can set the session time out for all users on the account. When a user becomes inactive for a certain period of time, a warning message appears to notify the user that the session is about to expire. The user can click OK to keep the current session. If the user was unable to click OK before the set time runs out, then the user will be logged out of the system and will be asked to log in once again.
1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.
2. On the Admin Portal, go to Tools > Account Settings > Session Timeout.
3. Click the drop-down list, then select the preferred timeout duration.
4. Click Save.
