You may encounter an error saying that the service is temporarily unavailable when you attempt to log in to Glip using your RingCentral credentials.
You will still be able to log in to Glip by following the recommended steps below:
Close the Glip window or tab.
Go to https://service.ringcentral.com/, and then log in to your RingCentral Online Account.
Once you are logged in to your RingCentral Online Account, open a new tab on your browser and go to https://glip.com/. Click Sign In.
Since you were logged in to RingCentral on the other tab, you will no longer be asked to re-enter your RingCentral credentials when you click on Sign In. Clicking on this button should automatically sign you in, and you will no longer see the error message.
