RingCentral Global Office grouped the different countries where Global Office is offered via Calling Regions. See RingCentral Global Office Overview for more information on Global Office feature and benefits.

Below are general Calling Region information and limitations specific to each Calling Region.

• Over 30 supported countries for Global Office divided into four Calling Regions.

• Shared minutes coming with a Global Office number for a specific country only cover those outbound calls to the destination countries within the same Calling Region.

• All outbound calls to non-supported countries included in Global Office Calling Region are paid calls with international rates.

• Inbound calls to Global Office numbers are free, EXCEPT for Philippines and Taiwan Global Office numbers which are charged with international rates.

• No Business SMS for supported Global Office countries (Only extension-to-extension text among colleagues & departments).

• Global Office numbers are available in select city codes.

• Shared minutes do not cover any premium calls. International Inbound Numbers (IVNs) do not come with any shared minutes. All outbound calls will be charged with international rates. Inbound calls may be charged in some countries.

• 6-digit extension support for RingCentral Accounts with 1000+ users (For Countries with overlapping dial plans (e.g. Australia & Luxembourg)

• Incoming calls from 6 digit number will be seen correctly
• Call back will route to on-net extensions

• Customers in Argentina, Brazil, and Peru are required to submit additional signed documents (User Authorization and STFC for customers in Brazil)

• Customers of Global Office for Argentina, Brazil, and Peru will receive an additional end of month bill for usage (does
not include the minutes).

NOTE: When a Global Office Digital Line is assigned to a desk phone, a user can make an outbound call from RingCentral Phone directly without via RingOut.

* In-country calls for Argentina, Brazil, and Peru are based on the calling rate from Level 3, a RingCentral local partner.

All calls to United States and Canada are unlimited, covered by the account’s office’s unlimited United States & Canada calling minutes.
 

EMEA
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom


• No emergency call support from RingCentral Phone for Israel.

• Calls to mobile numbers in Czech Republic, Israel, and Slovakia are not covered by calling minutes.

• 6-digit extension support for RingCentral Accounts with 1000+ users (For Countries with overlapping dial plans (e.g. Australia & Luxembourg)

• Incoming calls from 6 digit number will be seen correctly
• Call back will route to on-net extensions

China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand
