How to Configure ServiceNow with the RingCentral Phone System

Configure CTI Integration in ServiceNow by following the following steps:

Step 1:

In ServiceNow, navigate to System Properties > OpenFrame.

Step 2:

Create a new OpenFrame configuration.

Step 3:

Fill in the configuration form, including name and URL (https://apps.ringcentral.com/servicenow/index.html) to launch the RingCentral service.

Step 4:

Submit the configuration.

Step 5:

A phone icon will appear in the ServiceNow UI. Click and log in with your RingCentral phone system credentials.
