Details
When you place a call with RingOut, minutes will begin metering from the point that RingCentral calls you at your Current location. Minutes will be metered until the completion of your call.

If your Current location and destination number are both within the contiguous US, only the leg to you will be metered.

If your Current location or destination number is an International location, that leg of the call will be metered at the corresponding rate for the country in addition to the US leg of the call.

For example, if your Current location is a US number and you are calling a number in Canada, the call to you in the US will use Included Calling Credits from your account and the call to Canada will cost $0.039 per minute.

*Included Credits are also used to pay for International calls. If your monthly Included Credit balance falls to zero, Paid Credits will be used.

If both the Current location and destination number are International locations, each leg of the call (the one to you and the one to your recipient) will be metered at the corresponding rate for each country.
