SummaryHow do I update my RingCentral mobile app's area code for local dialing?
Details

You can set your RingCentral mobile app's Region and Area Code for local dialing. This is an advantage when calling local numbers because the local area code that you have set will be entered automatically when you dial a 7-digit number. This is also applicable when using your RingCentral mobile app for RingCentral Global Office.

Example: I am in San Mateo, CA (Area Code: 650) and I have a friend who is also in San Mateo, CA (Phone Number: (650) 123-4567). If I set my RingCentral mobile app's default Area Code to 650, I can dial the number 123-4567 to reach my friend. If I need to dial a number from a different State, then I need to dial the (Area Code) + the 7-digit phone number.
