Below are the system requirements for RingCentral Rooms followed by recommendations for Camera and Audio equipment. 

NOTE:  You need to have a RingCentral Office subscription with RingCentral Meetings and RingCentral Rooms License to set up RingCentral Rooms. RingCentral Rooms works with off-the-shelf hardware. Please make sure all hardware is fully connected and working before installing the RingCentral Rooms app. RingCentral does NOT cover support on any hardware that is used for RingCentral Rooms configuration. Please contact the manufacturers for direct hardware support.


Bandwidth Requirements

• 2.0 Mbps up and down for single screen
• 2.0 Mbps up 4.0 Mbps down for dual screen
• 2.0 Mbps up 6.0 Mbps down for triple screen
• For screen sharing only: 150-300kbps
• For audio VoIP: 60-80kbps

Recommended hardware for Medium Conference Room with less than 12 people

• Camera: Aver CAM520 or Logitech PTZ Pro
• Microphone/Speaker: Multiple MXL AC404 with Samsung M360 Soundbar or Revolabs UC500

Recommended hardware for Large Conference Room with more than 12 people
