International RingCentral Users can view their RingCentral online account and RingCentral mobile app using their local language. Users can change the language settings either via the online account or mobile app.

When you change your language settings, you can view your RingCentral online account and mobile app in your preferred language. You can also send a fax cover page in your preferred language.

IMPORTANT: Available languages include DeutschEnglish (UK)English (US)Francais, and Francais (Canada).

You can customize three settings to according to your preference:

     • User Language - This is used to view your account and notifications.
     • Greetings Language - This is used for your phone greetings.
     • Regional Format - This lets you view the date, time, currency, and other numbers in your preferred language.

Changing the Language Settings on your RingCentral online account


Step 1:

Logging in to your RingCentral Online Account.

Step 2:

Click the Settings tab, and then click on your name to open your User Details. Under the User Details, click on Regional Settings.

Click the User Language drop-down menu, then select your preferred language.
In this example, we selected Français.

NOTE: You may also modify the Greetings Language and Regional Format.

Click Save to save your settings.

The page will redirect to the User Details window. Click Save.

IMPORTANT: In order to reflect the changes to your RingCentral mobile app, you need to log out and log back in. For example, if you changed the language back to English (US), you will have to log out and log back in to your mobile app to see the English interface.

Step 1:

Launch the RingCentral mobile app on your device.

Tap your Profile Picture.

Tap Extension Settings.

Tap User Info.

Tap User Info.

Step 5:

Scroll down and tap Regional Settings.

Scroll down, then tap Regional Settings.

Step 6:

Tap User Language.

NOTE: You may also modify the Greetings Language and Regional Format.

Step 7:

Tap your preferred language, then tap the left arrow icon User-added image.

In this example, we selected Deutsch.

Tap your preferred language, then tap the left arrow icon.

Step 5:

Tap Save located on the upper right corner of the screen.

Tap Save.

IMPORTANT: In order to reflect the changes to your RingCentral online account, you need to refresh the page or log back in. You will see an alert window after refreshing the page of after you have logged in. Confirm your language selection by clicking Deutsch. If you prefer your online account to be in English, click English (U.S.) instead.

You will see the same alert window when you change your preferred language on the RingCentral mobile app. Refresh your online account page or log back in, then click on your preferred language.
