Changes in the RingCentral Audio Conferencing Dial-In Numbers
Old dial-in numbers are longer in service.
To further improve RingCentral's Audio Conferencing voice quality and security, there has been a system change with our dial-in numbers. old dial-in numbers are longer in service.

What do customers need to do if they already have their audio conference invites set up?
Kindly update your invitations because the dial-in number has changed (refer to the dial-in numbers table
1. Cancel all existing recurring audio conference sessions.
2. Reschedule these recurring sessions with Audio Conferencing access. The current audio conference dial-in number will be automatically added to your invitations.
Please note that there will be no changes on the participant/host codes.
Can I still join my recurring audio conference sessions with the current number?
No. The old numbers have been phased out and no longer working.
Will the new number appear in my future audio conference invitations?
Yes. Any new audio conference scheduled or started will show the new number in both the invite and the in-meeting experience.
Will my previously scheduled audio conference session be automatically updated with the new number?
No. Recurring will need to be updated and invitations resent.
