Details
The RingCentral Meetings Reports provide administrators and users the meeting usages info. To access Reports, Administrators and Users can click Tools > Meetings > Reports.

NOTE: This article provides steps for RingCentral Office Administrators and Users on the Online Account. For RingCentral Meetings Accounts, go to RingCentral Meetings Account: Generate Reports from my Company Meetings.

If you are an account Administrator, you may see three (3) types of reports:
 
i. Daily Report - This tab displays the daily summary for selected month within an account and can show up to seven (7) months of data. This tab will specifically show the following:
 
 Number of meetings each day
 Total number of participants
 Total meeting minutes

Click on the Export button to export and save the Meetings Reports data.

ii. Usage Report - This tab displays each user’s meeting usage during the selected  time frame. This tab will specifically show the following:
 
 Number of meetings hosted
 Total number of participants
 Total meeting minutes

Click on the Export button to export and save the Meetings Reports data.
 
iii. Inactive Users - This tab displays users with no activities during the selected period and information when the last meeting activities occurred.

If you are a User, you may see the Usage Report tab.  This tab displays the following during the selected period:
 
 Meeting ID
 Start and end time
 Duration and number of participants 

To show the data, just set the From and To dates and click Go.
