When users try to join RingCentral meetings via a provided URL from their iPhones and iPads running iOS 10, RingCentral Meetings app might fail to start. 

Issue: 

After tapping on the URL, the browser fails to automatically launch RingCentral Meetings if the app is previously installed. Instead, users are asked to download the app.

Solution:

Join the meeting via the Join Now feature on the RingCentral Mobile app on your device. When users tap the “Join” button it will directly open the RingCentral Meetings app and automatically connect you to your meeting. Accessing Join Now via the RingCentral Mobile app

Tap the kebab icon kebab icon on the upper right corner of the screen, then tap Join Now.

Viewing and Joining your Meetings

Meetings or appointments for the day will be displayed on the Join Now screen.  Tap Join or Dial-in a meeting from the Join Now screen.
