You can log in to your RingCentral Online Account using your G suite email.  Follow the steps below to learn how to add a Google for work email in the User's profile.

Step 1:

Logging in to your RingCentral Online Account.

NOTE:  Log in into your RingCentral Online Account as Administrator.

Step 2:

Click Users and under the User List select the User that you would like to update.

Step 3:

Enter the email on the Email text field and click Verify email uniqueness button.

NOTE:  An error prompt will appear once a duplicate email is entered.  Make sure to use a valid Google for work email address.

Step 4:

Click Save.

You have successfully added a G suite email on the User's profile.  You may now login to your RingCentral Online Account using your Google for work email.
