You can log in to your RingCentral Online Account using your G suite email. Follow the steps below to learn how to add a Google for work email in the User's profile.
and under the User List
select the User that you would like to update.
Enter the email on the Email
text field and click Verify email uniqueness
An error prompt will appear once a duplicate email is entered. Make sure to use a valid Google for work email address.
You have successfully added a G suite email on the User's profile. You may now login to your RingCentral Online Account using your Google for work email.
