SummaryThis article provides instructions required to enable Google Cloud Directory in your RingCentral account. Google Cloud Directory lets you automatically provision users from G Suite user directory into RingCentral. If you are a G Suite customer you can select this option to import and synchronize G Suite users into RingCentral.

RingCentral G Suite - Enable Google Cloud Directory



IMPORTANT: You will need to call RingCentral Customer Support first to enable this feature in your RingCentral account.

 
1. Log in to your RingCentral account, and then under Admin Portal, go to Tools > Directory Integration.  

2. Select Google Cloud Directory
 
3. Click Enable Google Cloud Directory.

4. Click Confirm on the Confirmation prompt.

 

NOTE: You will get an error message when duplicate email addresses are found in your account. The error message contains a link that you can click to download the list of duplicate emails. You will need to make sure that all email addresses are unique in order to enable Google Cloud Directory. To edit a User's email address, click the User's tab, and then click on the name of the User that you want to update.
