Enabling Call Recording
Login to your Salesforce account.
Select Task Page Layouts
Drag the Call Recording
field on your Task Layout
You have now succecssfully enabled Call Recording on your account. To record active calls simply click on the Record button on your softphone.
Recording a Call
When on a phone call, select the Record
button on the RingCentral device you are using to record the active call. F

Viewing the Recorded Calls
Click on the Recording
link under Task Object
Login with your RingCentral credentials
Click on the Play
button to listed to the call recording.NOTE:
to save the recorded file on your computer. The downloaded file will be in mp3 format.
