Enabling Call Recording

Step 1:

Login to your Salesforce account.

Step 2:

Select Task Page Layouts under Activities.

Step 3:

Drag the Call Recording field on your Task Layout.

Step 4:

Click Save.

You have now succecssfully enabled Call Recording on your account. To record active calls simply click on the Record button on your softphone.

Recording a Call

When on a phone call, select the Record button on the RingCentral device you are using to record the active call. F

Viewing the Recorded Calls

Step 1:

Click on the Recording link under Task Object.

Step 2:

Click Login.

Step 3:

Login with your RingCentral credentials.

Step 4:

Click on the Play button to listed to the call recording.

NOTE: Click Download to save the recorded file on your computer. The downloaded file will be in mp3 format.
