Scheduling a recurring Webinar

This section displays how Account administrators and Users can navigate to access My webinars on the Online account.

Step 1:

Click Schedule a webinar.

Enter the webinar topic, then the description (optional).

Set the date, time, duration, and timezone of the first occurrence of the webinar.

RECURRENCE OPTIONDESCRIPTION
DailyLets you specify occurrences which repeat every day, 2 days, and so forth.

NOTE: Remember to specify the end date and whether registration is required.
WeeklyLets you indicate occurrences that repeat every week, every 2 weeks, and so forth. Multiple days of the week may also be specified.

NOTE: Remember to specify the end date and whether registration is required.

Example: Every 2 weeks on Mondays and Tuesdays.
MonthlyLets you set occurrences to repeat every month, every 2 months, and so forth. Occurrences on a specific day of the month or on a set day within a specified week can also be set. 

NOTE: Remember to specify the end date and whether registration is required.

Examples:
Every 15th of each month
Every 1st Friday of the month
No Fixed TimeLets you start the webinar at any time.

NOTE: Your invitees will not have an option to register ahead of time.

Set the Video, Audio, and Webinar options.

The Manage Webinar page appears, displaying the webinar topic and a summary of the occurrence schedule.

NOTE: You can manage individual occurrences — edit or delete individual occurrences. You can also add more sessions and add the first occurrence on your Google, Outlook, and/or Yahoo Calendars.
