SummaryHow do I join a Webinar if I did not register for it?
Details
Attendees can automatically join a RingCentral Webinar even if they did not register for the Webinar in advance. Attendees can join via the invitation link sent by the host via email. They could also enter the Webinar ID in the RingCentral Meetings app from their computer, mobile device, or RingCentral Rooms.

You can join a Webinar using any of the following devices: 
 
RingCentral Meetings App for Mac and Windows
RingCentral Mobile app
RingCentral Rooms
H323/SIP Room System

NOTE: If you have attendees outside of the United States, see International Numbers list.

IMPORTANT: You need to install the RingCentral Meetings app on your computer or mobile device before you can join a Webinar. Click the links below to learn how it can be installed.

Downloading and Installing the RingCentral Meetings for Desktop 
Installing RingCentral Meetings on your Mobile Device 

There are 2 ways of joining a Webinar, you can either join using the invitation link or enter the Webinar Meeting ID. Click on links below to learn more:

Join via the invitation link

Attendees can join a Webinar by opening the invitation email and clicking on the invitation link using your computer or Mobile device.

Join using your computer

Step 1:

Open your email invitation, then click the Webinar URL.

Open your email invitation, then click the Webinar URL.

Step 2:

The RingCentral Meetings app on your computer will launch. 

NOTE: You will be prompted to install the RingCentral Meetings app if it is not yet installed on your computer. 

Step 3:

Enter your email address and name.
 
Click Join Webinar.
 
Enter your name and email address. Click Join Webinar.

Join using your mobile device

NOTE: While the screenshots below were taken from an Android device, the same steps are applicable to iOS devices.

Step 1:

Open your email invitation, then tap the Webinar URL.

Step 2:

You will be taken to a page where you will be prompted to join the meeting or install the app.

Tap Join Meeting.

NOTE: Tap Download from Google Play to install it on your Android device.

Step 3:

Enter your email address and name.

Tap OK.

Enter your name and email address. Tap OK.

Attendees with a Webinar Meeting ID can join a webinar by opening the RingCentral Meetings app on their computer, mobile device, or RingCentral Rooms.

Enter the Webinar Meeting ID on your computer

Step 1:

Launch the RingCentral Meetings app on your computer.

Step 2:

Click Join a Meeting.
 
Click Join a Meeting.

Step 3:

Enter the Webinar Meeting ID and your name.
 
Click Join.
 
NOTE: If the user selects "Join" after being logged in, they will not have to enter their name and email to join the webinar.

Enter your email address, then click Join Webinar.

Step 1:

Launch the RingCentral Meetings app on your mobile device.

Step 2:

Tap Join a Meeting.

Tap Join a Meeting.

Step 3:

Enter the Webinar Meeting ID and your name.
 
Tap Join Meeting.
