Protocol: TCPPort: 8801, 8802, 443RingCentral Rooms to Cloud

If your RingCentral Rooms iPad controller reports that it is unable to connect to the 127.0.0.1 address on RingCentral Rooms, it is likely related to proxy settings. You can perform one of the following: 

  • Enter the correct proxy settings on the RingCentral Rooms Windows or Mac computer 
  • Configure the proxy server to bypass the RingCentral Rooms Windows or Mac 
  • Check other firewall, web filter, proxy server on the desktop or network
