NOTE: Before proceeding with the steps below make sure you have downloaded the RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics app.

Step 1:

Login to MS Dynamics as an administrator.

Step 2:

Go to Admin Center and click Dynamics 365.

Step 3:

Click Open under the Dynamics Admin Center view.

Step 4:

Click the Settings drop-down menu and select Solutions under the Customization column.

Step 5:

Click Import.

Step 6:

Click Browse and search for the RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics app that you have downloaded.

Step 7:

Specify where your RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics 365 package is located.

Step 8:

Select Choose File to locate your .zip file.

Step 9:

Select the file and click Import.

Step 10:

Wait until it finishes importing the file. Close the Wizard.
 
You have successfully installed the RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics app. Click the RingCentral button to bring up the RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics app inside Microsoft Dynamics 365. Sign In to RingCentral for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
