SummaryRingCentral Meetings: Call Me and Call Out
Details

The RingCentral Meetings Call Me and Call Out features easily let you join and invite Participants in a RingCentral Meeting with phones.

Key Features

• Call Me feature allows you to switch your meetings audio to your phone, without having to dial the Meeting ID.
• Call Out feature makes it easier for a User to invite another user to join a RingCentral Meeting by calling the phone of that User.
• Hosts and Participants can use the Call Me and Call Out features to join and invite Participants from the RingCentral Meetings for Desktop and Mobile App. The Call Out feature can also be used to invite a RingCentral Rooms system (IP Phone integration is required on the end of the invited RingCentral Rooms system).
Available to all RingCentral Office plans. Please contact Support to enable the features.

NOTE: Calls made with Call Me and Call Out feature by Participants in a RingCentral Meeting will meter against available minutes of the meeting host. Metering and fraud prevention for calls made with Call Out and Call Me feature will work the same as calls made from RingCentral IP phones.

Limitations

• The Call Me and Call Out feature is disabled by default. You will need to contact Support to enable these features on your account.
If a meeting allows Participants to join before the Host, Participants will only be able to use the Call Me and Call Out feature after the Host has joined the meeting.

QUICK TIP: You can check Remember the number on this computer so you don't have to enter your number next time.

NOTE: If a Participant joins the meeting before the Host and attempts to dial a non-US number using Call Me, the Participant will get an on-screen message saying that "The number you dialed is not available until the host joins the meeting". If the Host has already joined and left the meeting, Participants will still be able to use the Call Me feature and switch their audio source.
