Sharing screen prompts for Mac sign-in credentials
Description
A Mac user who shares a screen during a Meeting on the Meetings Desktop app will be asked to enter their Mac sign-in credentials after clicking the Share screen button. The pop-up window may appear each time the Share screen button is clicked on the Meetings Desktop app for Mac.

Environment Affected
• Mac computers with Meetings Desktop app version 5.1
• Does not affect Windows
Actual Behavior
The pop-up window appears, asking for the Mac Admin credentials when the User takes the same steps mentioned above, then exits and reopens the Meetings app. Users can simply dismiss the pop-up window and continue to share the screen, however, the pop-up will continue to appear.
Expected behavior
When the User clicks the new Share screen button for the first time, they will be prompted to enter their Mac's Admin credentials on a pop-up window. The pop-up then goes away and will not reappear.
The pop-up will reappear if a User does not have a Mac Admin credential and cancels the pop-up.
Cause
The recent update triggers an installation of the ZoomAudioDevice.kext file which requires Admin privileges. The file is responsible for the functionality of Screen sharing with computer audio (an existing feature) and Ultrasonic proximity detection (a new feature). The pop-up will reappear each time a User exits and relaunches the RingCentral Meetings app. The root cause is currently being investigated.
NOTE: This file can be found on /System/Library/Extensions/ZoomAudioDevice.kext.
Workaround
Click Cancel to dismiss the dialog window and continue to share the screen.
