SummaryAccount Administrators can resend the welcome email to Users who have not yet activated their RingCentral accounts. This can be done on the RingCentral Online account.

How to Resend the Welcome Email to Users

IMPORTANT: The welcome email expires after 48 hours, thus the User must activate their account within this timeframe.

The Account administrator should log in to the RingCentral Online account, then check the following if a User does not receive the activation or welcome email before contacting Support.

Verify the Email address on the Online account
Resend the Welcome email
Check the Spam/Other Folders in the Email account


Verify the Email address on the Online account

Check if the email address saved on the Online account is correct.

1. Go to Admin Portal > Users > User list.

2. Click the name of the User with the new account.

3. Go to User Details > General tab. Look for the saved email address. Check to see if there is a typographical error or misspelling, then make the necessary corrections.

4. Click Save.


Resend the Welcome email

1. Go to Admin Portal > Users > User list.

2. Click the name of the User with the new account.

3. Go to User Details > General tab.

4. Look for Status, then click Resend Invite.

5. Click OK.

Click OK.


Check the Spam/Other Folders in the Email account

Ask the User to check the Spam and/or Other Folders in their email account.
