The
Connecting Message feature allows you to set the recorded message that callers should hear to let them know the call will now be transferred to a particular extension.
NOTE: Administrators should
log in to the RingCentral Online account then go to
My Extension in order to configure his User Greeting. Check
User: Set up User Greeting for directions.
IMPORTANT: Only
Super Admins,
User Admins, and Users with User Admin access can set up an extension's User Greeting. See
User Roles and Permissions for more information.
The Administrator should
log in to the RingCentral Online account and go to the
Users section on the
Admin Portal.
