RingCentral Quality of Service (QoS) Reports Overview
gives you the ability to anticipate and diagnose call quality issues impacting your users globally before they escalate to critical problems as well as troubleshoot problems reported by your users in near real time. Follow the steps below to know how to get information from the QoS Reports Call Card.
NOTE: This feature is available to RingCentral Office Premium, and Ultimate tiers. A Super Admin role is required to access QoS reports tool.
Go to Calls
tab and select a call.
Click details under either (Time, Direction, Duration, Call Score, Result) in the row to pull up the record's Call Card.
Clicking details under (From
) will redirect to that user's QoS information on the Extensions tab.
Click Copy to Clipboard
Open notepad and right-click > paste or ctrl+v
