The Company Info settings include Company AddressCaller ID Name, and Directory Assistance. When RingCentral Multi-Site Support is enabled, You may configure each site to have different Company Info and settings. This article will guide you on configuring the Company Info settings when Multi-Site support is enabled.

How to access Company Info:


Step 1:

Log in to the RingCentral Online account.


Step 2:

Click Company Info.

Click Company Info.


Step 3:

Click the site that needs to be configured.

Click the site that needs to be configured.


Step 4:

The following Company Info settings can be configured.

General Info
Address
Caller ID Name
Directory Assistance


Configuring the General Info

Enter the Site Name and Site Extension. This information will be used as the reference for the default Company Greeting and your company address for a Directory Listing. Click Save.

NOTE: You may click the Delete Site button to remove the Site.

Configuring the Address

Domestic Site Address information will be used for publishing to Directory Listing if this service is available for your account. Enter the correct address, then click Save.

Configuring the Caller ID Name

Enter the name you want the caller ID to display for this site. If skipped, Site's caller ID name will be set to be the same as company's caller ID name. This name, along with the phone number is displayed to the called party whenever an outbound call is made using the local number as the Caller ID. Click Save.

NOTE: This does not apply to Toll-Free Numbers.

IMPORTANT: Max 15 characters (letters, numbers, and space). Special characters not allowed.

Directory Assistance is a free and convenient way to publish your business name, address, main number, and main fax number to increase your company’s visibility in National Local Directory Assistance listings. This is a free feature available for Office and Professional plans.

Enter the correct information for Directory Listing, then click Next.
