Cisco SPA525G and Cisco SPA525G2 phone provides an address book for you to store and view frequently dialled numbers. The address book appears on your phone, and the numbers can be dialled from the phone.

Access your Cisco device's address book

Step 1:

Select Menu.

Step 2:

Choose Directories.

On the Directories, you may do the following:
 
Adding a contact to your Cisco device's address book
Editing a contact in your Cisco device's address book
Deleting/Removing Contact from your Cisco device's address book

Step 3:

In the Personal Address Book, select Add Personal Address Entry. The entry menu displays.

Step 4:

Enter the Name, Work Number, Mobile number, and the Home Number for the new contact.

NOTE: Enter numbers only. Do not enter spaces or symbols.

Step 5:

Select a ring tone.

Step 6:

Choose Save.

Editing a contact in your Cisco device's address book

Step 3:

Highlight the contact that you need to edit by using the Navigation keys.

Step 4:

Select Option.

Choose Edit.

Step 6:

Apply changes needed for the contact.

Select Save.

Deleting/Removing Contact from your Cisco device's address book

Step 3:

Highlight the contact that you need to delete by using the Navigation keys.

Step 4:

Select Option.

Step 5:

Choose Delete if you want to remove a contact or Delete All if you want to remove all contacts.

Select OK.
