How to disable a Safari browser Extension
Add-ons, extensions or plugins can sometimes cause browser issues and might pose security or compatibility risks. It is a good idea to disable or delete add-ons, extensions or plugins if you suspect they're causing performance, compatibility, or security problems.
1. Close all Safari browser windows and tabs.
2. Open Safari.
3. Go to the Safari Menu, choose Preferences, then click Extensions.
4. Locate the Extension to be disabled, then use the checkbox to disable it.
NOTE: You may also click the Uninstall button to remove the extension from your browser.
