Cannot See New Messages on the RingCentral Phone for Desktop


The most common cause of this issue is that your app-data folder may be full. Follow the steps below to clear your app-data folder and resolve the issue:

1. Click the Settings icon on the bottom-right of the RingCentral Phone app.

2. Click Support > Purge data.

3.  Click Erase. You will be asked to log back in, the new messages will now appear.
