Checking On-Demand Call Recordings | RingCentral Online Account
1. Log in to your RingCentral Online Account
2. Click Messages
3. Select Recordings
. You will be able to find your received voicemail and faxes in the Inbox folder.
4. You can find your On-Demand Call Recordings in this folder. Click the Play
icon to preview or click Download
to save a copy of the recording. Click Forward
to forward the recording to a contact.
Tick the box beside the recording and click Delete
to delete the recording.
