Date and Time Out of Sync - Phone Issues - Polycom



1. Press Menu.

2. Press Settings.

3. Press Advanced.

4. Select Admin Settings then enter the phone's admin password.

NOTE: The default password is 456 or just leave it blank.

5. Select Network Configuration.

6. Highlight SNTP Address: then press Select.

7. Press the number key "#" then enter RingCentral's SNTP Address.

NOTE: Press the star (*) button to enter period (.)

8. Select OK.

9. Press the Back softkey or the Left Arrow Key button until you see the Save Config? prompt, then select Yes
