When you send a fax message, you will normally get an email from RingCentral for the Fax Transmission Results
. You will need to set the email address where the notifications will be sent on the Messages & Notifications
section of your RingCentral Online account.
1. Log In to your RingCentral Account
. If you log-in as an Administrator, switch to the My Extension
2. Go to Settings
then click the Messages & Notifications
3. Select the Settings
tab. Under Notifications
, click Edit
4. Check the box on the right of Fax Transmission Results
). Under Email
, enter the email address that will receive the notification. Click Save
to apply your changes.
