This article will guide you on how to dial an International call from your RingCentral Desk phone, mobile app, or desktop app.
IMPORTANT: International calling rates vary for each country. For fax messages, one (1) page is approximately equivalent to one (1) minute. To check the rates for specific countries, click on the links below.
Some countries may not be listed when International Calling is Enabled. This means that RingCentral has restricted International Calling to those countries. Should you need to reach any of the restricted countries, create an online ticket. For instructions on how to create an online ticket, go to How to create and submit a case in the Customer Care Center.

How to dial International phone numbers

From your Desk phone, lift up the handset or turn ON the speaker phone.
From your RingCentral Desktop app (softphone), or RingCentral Mobile app, open the Dial pad.
On the dial pad, dial 011 + (country code) + (Phone number)
Example: International call to the Philippines is 011 63 28777777
NOTE: You can also use the “+” (plus sign) + (country code) + (phone number)
Example: International call to the Philippines is +63 28777777
RingCentral has set limits for the protection of customers from fraudulent activities or over usage. You may get the prompt "your call cannot be completed due to insufficient credits on your account." If you get this message when placing a call, please contact your Administrator. If you are an Administrator, please make sure that your account has enough Purchased Calling Credits
or contact RingCentral Customer Service to verify your Billing Information and check if you need an account limit increase.
