SummaryThe PIN is used to verify the User's identity when checking their voicemail from a phone or in the automated attendant when contacting Customer Care. Follow the steps below to change your PIN:

How to change PIN

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to User Details > General tab.

3. Click Change Password.

4. Enter your Current Password to change your PIN.

current password, new password, repeat password

5. Click the Change PIN tab.

current password, new pin, repeat pin

6. Enter the new PIN on the box for: New PIN, Confirm PIN.
 Please choose a PIN with 6 to 10 non-repeating numerical digits

7. Click Save.
