Call Recording is a feature that allows RingCentral users to record calls they make or receive.  Once set up, users can activate call recording while taking a call at the office via an IP phone or the RingCentral mobile app.  This guide will show the user how to forward their recorded calls to a specific email address.

To learn how to do this, follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Step 2:

Click on Messages.

Step 3:

Click Recordings.

Step 4:

Select the recorded calls that you wish to forward.

Step 5:

Click on Forward.

Step 6:

Enter the recipient's email address, Subject, and your message then click Forward.

You have now forwarded a call recording via email.
