SummaryYou can access and manage your desk phone's information through logging in the web user interface. You need to obtain the IP address of your desk phone first in order to do this. To successfully obtain the IP address, ensure that the adapter is connected to a power source and an Ethernet cable is plugged in at the back of your Cisco phone and to the router. If your Cisco desk phone uses a Wi-Fi connection, ensure that the profile is already configured.

1. On your Cisco desk phone, press Menu or Setup.

2. Select Status.

3. Under Network Status or Network, you will see the IP Address of your Cisco desk phone.
