How to set your SPA525g or SPA525g2 on Do Not Disturb

SummaryUse the Do Not Disturb feature to prevent your phone from receiving incoming calls. If you have your voice mail configured, incoming callers will immediately reach your voice mail. If voice mail is not configured, callers hear a busy signal or message.
Details
Prevent incoming calls from being forwarded to your phone without logging in to your RingCentral account and toggling DND for your extension. All you need to do is to enable the Do Not Disturb feature on your IP Phone. Follow the instructions below to know how.

There are 2 ways to enable the Do Not Disturb feature on your phone:

1. From the Home Screen
2. By going to the phone's User Preferences



From the Home Screen:

 
Step 1:
Press the DND (Do Not Disturb) soft key on your phone.

NOTE: The IP phone screen should indicate that Do Not Disturb is turned on.

By going to the phone's User Preferences
 
Step 1:
Press the Setup button and select User Preferences.

Step 2:
Choose Call Preferences.

Step 3:
Scroll to Do Not Disturb.

Step 4:
Use the navigation keys to enable or disable the Do Not Disturb feature.

Press Set to save changes.
