SummaryThe Security Question is used to verify information when you want to reset your password or to identify your account when contacting Customer Service. Follow the steps below to change your security question

How to update Security Question

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to User Details > General tab.

3. Click Change Password.

4. Enter your Current Password to change your Security Question.

5. Go to the Security Question tab.

6. Select your Security Question from the list and enter the Answer.
• Security Answer should be 5 or more characters and not case sensitive.

7. Click Save.
