The RingCentral Online Account allows Users to access their fax and voicemail messages, and make changes to their personal call handling rules, greetings, and other settings. Additionally, it allows account administrators to make changes to their company settings and call handling rules.

The steps below will show you how to log in to your RingCentral Online Account with your RingCentral Phone Number and Password.

Log in to your RingCentral Online Account as a User

Step 1:

Launch a web browser on your computer or device (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer).

Step 2:

Enter https://service.ringcentral.com in the address bar.

Step 3:

Click the drop-down button and select the region where your account is located.

Step 4:

Enter your RingCentral Direct Phone Number and Password or your RingCentral Main Company Number, Extension Number and Password. Click Sign In when done.

NOTE: You will be required to verify your account when logging in on a new device for the first time. Optionally, you can check the box beside Remember me on this computer. This allows the browser to remember your RingCentral Phone Number the next time you log in to your account. If you lost or forgot your password, see Forgot your password.

QUICK TIPS: If you have entered incorrect login credentials, a prompt will give you options to do the following:

Reset your password will open the Reset Password page where you will be required to enter your Phone Number and Extension. For detailed instructions on how to do this, see Resetting your RingCentral acocunt password.

Log in to your RingCentral Online Account as an Administrator 

Step 1:

Launch a web browser on your computer or device (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer).

Step 2:

Type https://service.ringcentral.com on the address bar.

Step 3:

Click the drop-down button and then select the region where your account is located.

Step 4:

Enter your RingCentral Direct Phone Number and Password or your RingCentral Main Company Number, Extension Number and Password. You will need to specify your Extension Number if there are two (2) or more Administrators on your RingCentral account. 

NOTE: You will be required to verify your account when logging in on a new device for the first time. Optionally, you can check the box beside Remember me on this computer. This allows the browser to remember your RingCentral Phone Number the next time you log in to your account. If you lost or forgot your password, you can click Forgot your password.

Log in to your RingCentral Online Account using Single Sign-on


Select this option only if your company uses Single Sign-on (SSO) to access RingCentral. SSO can only be enabled by your company Administrator. If you are a User and have questions, contact your Company Administrator. If you are an Administrator and want to know more information about SSO, see Single Sign-On Overview.

Step 1: 

Click Single Sign-on.

Step 2: 

Enter your Email Address, and then click Continue.

Step 3: 

You will be asked to enter your company's IdP login. Enter your Company Username and Password, and then click Sign In

Once you have successfully logged in, you will now be directed to your online account.
