Summary
Details

RingCentral Contact Center uses industry-standard ports and protocols for inbound and outbound interactions. Specific ports must be opened on client workstations, firewalls, or both to access the correct server IP addresses for your RingCentral Contact Center system. The required ports, protocols, domain names, and IP addresses vary depending on your configuration and the geographic location of your business unit (BU).
