Problem 

You may be unable to log in to RingCentral App (Glip) for Desktop using your email address and will get the message, "Please use your RingCentral credentials to sign in. For help please contact: support@glip.com.

Unable to sign in message


Cause

This happens when the Welcome Email sent was not completed when your extension was created on the RingCentral Online account.


Solution


1. Log in to the RingCentral Online account.


2. Click the Messaging button ("R"). This should open the RingCentral App (Glip) on your browser.

Click Messaging


3. Sign in to the RingCentral App (Glip) on your desktop and/or mobile app/s. You should be able to log in without the message.
