App only works when active and not on background

This solution will work for issues such as: 
• App stops working suddenly.
• App cannot receive inbound call until keep mobile app foreground.
• App cannot receive notifications when put app into background for a while.

NOTE: If your device has a different interface, you may check your device manual or website for steps on switching off android battery optimization (doze mode) off.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap Battery.

3. On the Battery screen, Tap the kebab icon to view options.

4. Tap Battery optimization.

5. Set the dropdown to All apps. Scroll down and tap "RC Phone".

6. Select Don't optimize then tap Done.

7. On the Battery optimization screen, set the dropdown to Not optimized. RingCentral Phone for mobile (listed as RC Phone) should appear on this list.
