RingCentral Phone - Logging in using Single Sign-On

SummaryThe RingCentral Phone can be used to change your extension settings, making and receiving calls, and many more. Upon launching the RingCentral Phone, you will see a Welcome screen. Once the RingCental Phone has finished loading, click on the Sign In button at the bottom of the window to proceed and select. The steps below will guide you on how to log in using Single Sign-On.

IMPORTANT: Select this option ONLY if your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access RingCentral. SSO can only be enabled by your company Administrator. If you have questions, contact your company Administrator. If you are an Administrator and want to know more information about SSO, see Single Sign-On Overview.

RingCentral Phone - Logging in using Single Sign-on

1. Click Single Sign On.

2. Enter your Email Address associated with SSO and click Submit.

NOTE: You can also check Remember email.

3. Enter your Username and Password, and then click Sign In

NOTE: You can also check Remember me to have your Username and Password saved.

NOTE: Signing out of the app will remove the saved password. You will need to re-enter it the next time you launch the app.
